Perfect Bubbles

I finally got Bubbles tinted windows today!! =) Now, she's perfect. Tinted windows are supposed to block out UV rays, reduce glare, keep the car cooler, and protect leather, but my real reason was that Bubbles would just look prettier with them. Summer's coming soon, so she's gotta look hot, right? =)

In other news, my hardcore Bubbles video has 53,000+ views. That just sounds crazy!! =)

Trading cards

I just got business cards today! =) I never really needed them, and I still don't really need them, but there is a possibility I could legitimately give them to people. In April, there is a MySQL conference in San Jose, and we will be there all week. It's possible that people may want our info, because we have some cool features in MySQL and probably have the largest deployment. Pretty much every cent goes through our database... =) There's no way I can get rid of all 250 business cards in my lifetime...

I also became a mentor on Monday! I basically just help out the new hire learn about Google and stuff. It's funny because I'm younger than he is, but I guess I do have more Google experience. I have been working for about one and a half years, and over half of all engineers are newer than me! Isn't that crazy?!?

Bubbles wants tinting, so she'll probably get tinting

I'm considering tinting Bubbles windows again. I thought about it last year, but I wanted to finish up the subwoofer project (which DID complete, and is awesome!). So, now, summer is approaching, and Bubbles wants tinted windows again... =) It won't cost as much as the subwoofer stuff, but it is also much less useful. I basically only want it because it will look cooler, hehehe... It is also supposed to help with A/C usage and UV rays, but I just care about making Bubbles prettier. =) Too bad I just dumped all my bonus money into my school loans; that extra cash would have been nice... Unfortunately, I still have a crap load of loans left... =/

Waiting for POSI

Occasionally, I go to the California DMV website and look up personalized license plates. I keep searching for POSI, but it is never available... One of these days, I will get POSI!! =) Wouldn't that just be so cool?? =)
