Ringtones!

I got a new phone today, and also figured out how to get custom ringtones on it. =) Now, I just gotta find me a cool ringtone. I will be retiring my AFI one, since I've had that for 2 phones and 6 years. Any suggestions?? =)

What would I do without music?

I installed this ipod connecting thing to my car this weekend, and it sounds SOOOO much better than the fm transmitter!! There is no static and everything is so clear! Now, I can maybe start doing some research on an amp and subwoofer... =) I kinda want to be able to feel the pounding double bass in my chest. =)

The new August Burns Red album comes out June 19. That was pretty random, but they are pretty cool and heavy... =)

Cut the crap

... and the fat. Next quarter I want to try cutting again. I tried it a couple summers ago, and it did work, but I also lost a lot of muscle and strength. This time around, I want to keep as much muscle mass as possible. I don't really know how to do that... I gotta do a little research before the month ends. Any workout/diet tips specific for cutting?? Will I have to cut out my nightly ice cream sandwiches? O no!! =O
