Sweet Saturday

Today was a posi day!! I played golf with Kenny and Will today, and I got 3 pars and 4 (maybe more) bogeys! I almost had a birdie on the first hole, but I sucked up my birdie putt (because I just suck at putting with "my" crappy putter). On that hole, I had a PANGYA drive, a solid 3-iron into the sand, a great sand shot, and then I crapped up that next putt. O well, I still did really well, and I probably should have kept score, because I think I was close to 100.

Today, I also got my tax refund checks!! Woohoo!

Europe!!!

Gerran, Kenny and I are officially going to Europe this July!!! We just bought plane tickets, Eurorail tickets, and some hostel/hotel reservations today for about $2000. We still need like $500 more in reservations, and we should be pretty set! Woohoo!!! Here is our list of cities:

London
Paris
Madrid
Barcelona
Nice
Rome
Venice
Munich
Prague
Berlin
Amsterdam

We fly from DC to London on July 2, and fly from Amsterdam to DC on August 2.

Any suggestions of places to see, things to do in these cities are welcome!!! =)

Annoying Poo

Steps to annoy me:

  • take a crap

  • clog the toilet during the previous step

  • do NOT attempt to plunge it at all (make sure the plunger is still absolutely dry to leave no evidence)

  • simply write a note saying not to use the toilet

  • quickly leave the apartment

Good thing Kenny's the cool roommate. =)

Saw Saw, Saw 2

We watched Saw and Saw 2 last night. Dang, those are some crazy movies!! You definitely don't watch those alone, but it's really not too scary afterwards. I still think The Exorcist is more disturbing to watch. The movies are actually very interesting even though lots of people die in crazy traps. And the bad guys are so freakin' smart. That's always cool!! =) I gotta/wanna watch March of the Penguins soon...

Best Quarter Ever!!

This will be the best quarter ever!! I am taking 4 classes: software engineering, client-side internet technology, classical guitar, and singing. The 2 CS classes are easy and will not take much time. Guitar and singing will just be fun and meet once a week. My schedule is ALMOST perfect. I only have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays and both of my academic classes are on internet TV. O yeah, and I am taking everything pass/fail. =) It is practically impossible to beat my quarter. The only book I bought for the quarter is $18 for solo guitar playing.

The ONLY problem with my schedule is that I have a break from 2-4 on Tuesdays and an even worse break on Thursdays. Other than that, I engineered a great "academic" schedule.

Have fun! =)

With Ease

I got an A+ in AI!!! I always knew this was an easy class, but I didn't expect an A+ for a class I put so little into. Even though this was an intro, undergrad class, it was less work than any of my Cornell CS classes. =)

I'm still not sure what I'm gonna take next quarter... blah!! =/
