Yay Football!!

Yay football!! I played in 2 IM football games today, and none of them lost!! We won the first game 13-6 and tied the second game 6-6. We really should have won the second game, but a fluke tip->catch->touchdown screwed us on the first defensive drive. I played decent as QB in the first game. 2 of my long bombs actually worked, and the short passes were open all day!! I also ran some, which was expected. In the second game, I did NOT wanna play QB again, so I played O-line and safety. They were both really fun to play, since on the line, contact is allowed, so I could push people around. =) Also, having the guards release and go out for a pass worked surprisingly well. A funny incident happened while I was safety. A pass was thrown towards me, so I started running towards it, but I ran into the ref really hard!! The WR caught the ball (I SO would have intercepted that one) but fortunately, they didn't score on that drive. I hit the ref pretty hard, since he struggled to get up and was a little shaken up. Don't get in between me and the ball!! =)

And my fantasy football team won!! And it wasn't just any type of win. I broke 100 points, AND beat the number one team in the league!! woohoo!!! Now, no one is undefeated!! =)

Too bad the Redskins got embarrassed though...

The Ultimate Bucket!

Last night, I ate the Ultimate Bucket at Coldstone!!! =) At 48 oz., it's 4 times as big as the "Gotta have it" size. It's a lot of freakin ice cream! Gerran and I both got the vanilla bean flavor with 10 oreos and we both finished without throwing up or anything! =) The hardest part wasn't eating so much ice cream, but my mouth, tongue and teeth were numb from all that coldness. My teeth actually hurt all last night. I think they're ok now. There should be pictures floating around...

Today was our second IM football game. We lost 0-6. I suck. We all suck. Winning is actually very simple. I just have to hit more people, and people need to catch more passes. Too many mistakes make it very hard to move the ball. I need a butt massage now. =)

Sex and the City vs. Hardcore

On December 18th, there will be a hardcore show in San Francisco. As I Lay Dying, Norma Jean, A Life Once Lost, and Madball will play at the show, and the best part is, Grace said she would come!!! =) It seems like a fair trade for all the Sex and the City I have watched in my lifetime. hehehe... Will (most likely), Gerran, and Chinsan (least likely) may also go, so that will be a very interesting night, since no one actually likes hardcore. hahaha!!! At least everyone has had a bit of exposure through me, so no one will be COMPLETELY shocked. Man, I'm really excited to see As I Lay Dying and Norma Jean!! I need a fast-forward-school button...

Condoms are more interesting than Doves

I went to the Download Festival with Will today which is a music thing with a bunch of indie bands. I saw British Sea Power, Doves, The Arcade Fire, Modest Mouse, and The Killers. The first 2 bands really didn't do much to impress me, but I did like the Arcade Fire set. They have tons of people in the band, all jumping around and the music isn't too bad. Modest Mouse was less than great, and I was a bit disappointed since they are supposed to be pretty famous and big. The Killers set was pretty good too, since they are huge and pretty poppy. It wasn't a bad concert. Now I gotta find a hardcore show for Will to go to... =)

I found out some interesting facts about condoms today. Trojan has a mint tingle lubricated condom. Is tingle good or bad? Also, blowing condom balloons is more fun than the Doves, because they were kinda ordinary. However, condom balloons break really really easily, which is probably not a good thing. I know they aren't supposed to be used as balloons, but I thought they would have stayed entact longer than that...
