Twain's Brain

I like not working... =) I haven't been doing much after coming back home, but I want some relaxation before school starts again. I have been reading some of A Brief History of Time by Stephen Hawking... =0 I guess I've been reading it for a couple reasons:

- I'm a big dork and crap like relativity and black holes and stuff is somewhat interesting to me. It's pretty cool that the book isn't too complicated so that I can actually understand what's going on.
- My last week of work was pretty slow and had lots of down time, so reading it here and there helped pass the time.
- I found the book online, so I didn't have to buy anything. Free stuff is always good!

I like reading it. It's one of the few books I've read for "fun" recently.

I got a new phone recently, because my old antenna kept falling off. That was pretty annoying. It came out to $30 after discounts and rebates. =) I like it because I can get cool ringers on it. Right now I have AFI - God Called in Sick Today (of course!), AFI - The Despair Factor, As I Lay Dying - 94 Hours, The Postal Service - Such Great Heights, Thrice - The Next Day. It's also really easy to add more, which is cool!

I also created a webpage that accesses my old Mark Twain random sentence generator. Here is the link. It takes a while to create the sentences so be patient. I really didn't test it, so I have no idea if it completely works. =) O well, If you ever need random gibberish, you know where to find it!

I go back to the west coast next Tuesday. My flight is at 6:40 AM! I get to go back to the nice weather of CA, but I will miss the "normal" east coast time zone... =)

Nearing The End

Today was the last workout in Santa Barbara. I used the nifty scale and here are the numbers:

weight: 162
lean body mass: 138
fat: 24
body fat: 14.8%

This is 5 lbs of muscle and 2 lbs of fat since the beginning of summer. I have no idea what's good or bad, but I am happy with these numbers. I am stronger too, so that's cool.

I am getting tired of working out. Actually, it's probably the biking EVERYDAY. I am so physically tired all the time. I'm gonna enjoy being able to drive places and get more sleep when I get home. I'll probably be just as bored at home, but at least I won't be constantly depleted. I only got 2 more days here... Too bad my flight on Sunday is at 6:35 AM. Gosh, that's early.

On a side note, As I Lay Dying is an awesome band. I guess only andycal would care... I've been listening to them all the time recently. I also really like the lyrics... Too bad more people don't appreciate good hardcore... =)
