I gave in

I finally did some lifting today at the gym. I've already been doing cardio every time, but ever since I screwed up my shoulder, I've done NO lifting. Today was the first day I tried to do something. Luckily, I didn't really feel any pain, and I only used light weights. It felt decent, but I still think I'm far from my original strength... =/ The cardio has been going ok. I starting doing the treadmill again (the impact hurt my shoulder for a while) and I'm thinking I'll be increasing the intensity soon. Maybe I can even erg again, which is the most intense of them all. I can't really tell if my heart is any stronger or my stamina is any better, but the cardio is probably improving my health.

I go to CO in a week and a half, for some snowboarding!! Hopefully, I don't hurt myself... =)
