Summer of...
Losing Fat and Doing Cardio! That's right! The past 2 summers, I've been trying to get stronger and bigger, but that didn't work at all, so this summer I will try the opposite. I'm gonna start for real this week, once I get a consistent workout schedule, but I have already run 3 times the past week. I hope I can keep it up. I suck at running. Any workout/food suggestions?

I suggest getting some good shoes, I hear they make a big difference. That being said, I've been running once a week (2-4 miles) with some old busted shoes I've had since like junior year. The best advice is to find a cool route to run, cause if you it's boring you won't keep at it. Another idea is to find a place that's a few miles from where you live, run to it, chill there and relax (if it has a cafe or something) then run or walk back a little later. Just some thoughts.

I had a bit of a summer like this last year, when I was getting in shape to try out for the lightweight rowing team. I found it easiest to work out in the morning before work, because I was on a 4-month schedule and I knew there was an end to it. It sucked a lot and it meant no nightlife, but I always got the workout done and it was easier to do when I knew it was just for the summer.
Workout-wise, rowing on the rowing machine is non-impact and still the most efficient thing you can do to burn calories, but make sure you're doing it correctly, otherwise a) you can hurt yourself, b) it's not as effective a workout and c) you look stupid. So get someone who knows to make sure you're OK. Remember, 80% of the power comes from your legs. It's sometimes hard to tell yourself; you really need an outside eye. However, if I remember correctly, your form was pretty good the couple of times we erged at Cornell, so you're probably pretty much set. Also, do it for at least half an hour. 2x15min is fine, but the total time is important. You'll have to start at what you feel is ridiculously light pressure to make it that long, though. Pick a split time (say 2:05) and try to keep it consistent the whole way through. It'll feel easy at first, then get harder as you go. No higher than 22 strokes per minute, either, and resistance on about 6 or 7.
As for food, pasta is good, and if you're looking to lose fat, it's just a matter of little choices. When you have the chance to eat a candy bar, don't. When you put butter on something, put half as much as you otherwise would. Red sauce instead of carbonara, bacon instead of sausage, water instead of soda. Anyway, that's enough out of me.
